We have both led active lives, but we are realising that what worked for us in our 20s and 30s might not be right for our bodies today. We have researched how our bodies are changing and have adapted our exercise routines to respond to these changes, which include a loss of muscle mass and issues with flexibility and mobility. It’s exciting to try new exercises and discover new passions like walking and gardening.
