Since reaching our 50’s it’s become more apparent to my husband Jon and I that we have reached a time in our life where we need to really think about how we look after ourselves. Whilst we certainly don’t think of ourselves as old, we understand the importance of adapting our behaviour as we age, to get the best out of our minds and bodies. So for this reason we have created this area on my website to bring to you all the ways we have tried, investigated and ultimately embraced ourselves, so that you can OPTIMISE YOUR AGE (OYA) too!
